Tariff, Booking and Check in times
Self Catering Cottage Tariff
The price to rent the cottage varies depending on the time of year. Currently this ranges from about £450 for a week at the quietest times of the year to £800 for a week at the most popular times. We aim to let the cottage by the week from Saturday to Saturday, but if you are interested in weeks commencing on another day, or shorter periods than a week, this may be possible. To secure a booking, we require a deposit of one third of the rental cost. The balance of the cost of the booking is required 2 months before arrival date (or at the time of booking if this is within 2 months of the arrival date). In the event of cancellation by guests we will endevour to relet the property and we will refund 80% of booking fees for any period we successfully relet. Again, payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cheque.
Check in/out times
Check in is normally any time after 3 pm, but if you'd like earlier entry do give us a call or drop us an email and we'll try to accommodate you. Check out time is currently 9 am, although this may revert to the pre-Covid 10 am for 2023 onwards
